BWF North Extension
This section of the Chenango River Promenade
follows the east bank of the Susquehanna River connecting the Court Street and
Clinton Street Bridge crossings and providing an alternate pedestrian route to
downtown. Responsibilities included schematic design, contract documentation
and construction observation of this linear urban walkway. Viewing overlook
features an 80 foot wide arched steel trellis with gold leaf lettering of
"Memorial Promenade". Coordination with Community Development officials and
adjacent hotel developers. Contracted firm was Young Associates with Michael
Haas as Project Manager. |
