Binghamton Residence
Master plan implemented over three phases starting with front yard. Emphasis on use of natural materials and low maintenance. Site improvements include new in-ground pool, stone walls, wood trellis, fencing, bluestone and patterned concrete pavements, and plantings. Cedar trellis (65') with vinyl lattice inserts designed to connect house with garage and enclose pool area for privacy. Trellis also disguises 3' grade change and meets code requirements. Lighting and irrigation systems incorporated.
