Delhi Golf Course
Master Plan of 18-hole golf course including new back 9-hole addition and clubhouse with practice range. Prime consultant in a collaborative effort with others.
Responsibilities included construction documentation of back nine including layout, drainage, erosion control, and green/tee designs. Extensive site analysis conducted to maintain natural beauty of site. Thorough accounting of the design process with College President and review committee.
Golf course situated in scenic river valley along Little Delaware River and tributary.
Construction review during implementation provided on limited basis. New clubhouse completed in fall of 2000 involved student trades to construct and landscape.
Steady number of rounds have increased annually since new addition has opened. Course recorded first profit by third year of expansion. |
