Visions FCU – McKinley Ave.
This site design project consisted of functional and aesthetic improvements to the existing northside parking and adjacent landscape areas surrounding the Information Technology Center in Endicott, NY. And new parking was planned within the recently purchased lots located south of the existing office facility. A major goal of the Design was to enhance the “Gateway” to the Village.
HLA developed multiple options to maximize parking and safety of clients and tenants at entrances. A sustainable stormwater solution was implemented which added green space along the Village sidewalk. Plantings, lighting, benches and signage complimented the finished product. Grading, drainage, accessibility, and safety through lighting and pavement design were assimilated into a new campus look for the Center.
