Historic Residential Quadrangle reconstruction following DASNY standards & LEEDS criteria.  HLA was responsible for site design concept through construction drawings and specification.  Quad included period lighting and furnishings, paved entry plazas to renovated dorms, dining plaza and plantings.  Project acknowledged for thoroughness, timeliness, and within budget.
