Conceptual design study to improve overall site
circulation, aesthetically improve entryways, and provide compliance with
Americans with Disabilities Act, between four residence halls and dining
facility. Design objectives were defined to separate pedestrian and vehicular
circulation at entryways and minimize maintenance obstacles. HLA subcontracted
