NBT Bank Entry
NBT requested a design/build package to improve
the entrances and add a canopy connecting the lobby entrance to the Operations
Building entrance and walk up ATM. HLA prepared design development plans and
construction drawings in a drawing format to convey the design intent of these
improvements for construction purposes. Written specifications provided for
bidding and quality control. Enhancements include decorative brick paving,
traffic controls, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, and site amenities. Much
coordination required with canopy manufacturer. Limited construction review
provided. |
