Site development of regional insurance
headquarters with state highway frontage. Visual impacts of pavements mitigated
through placements of plantings and grading design. Hardscape and planting
design for new entry court included limestone and concrete pavements, benches
and site lighting. Native stone walls used to retain slopes and a mix of
evergreen and deciduous plants incorporated to soften building edges and
pavement expanse. Salt-tolerant flowering hedge used along right-of-way.
Concepts through working drawings and construction review. Maintenance
specifications adopted by Client. Coordination between architect and builder
